Wii Fit: Day 9

I was expecting tonight to be a bit of a setback. I went out to dinner twice this weekend. I tried eating healthy, but when you’re a vegetarian in a steakhouse, the only available option is pasta. Oh well. I should be back on track tomorrow. I’m just about done unlocking all of the activities, and I’ve settled into the ones I like. My ideal Wii Fit session lasts about 45 minutes.

Running was a bit harder tonight than in the past. I’ve begun carrying 2lb weights in each hand while I run, because it helps with my balance on the treadmill. The machine I use faces a closed window, making it harder to focus on longer sprints when there’s no change in scenery. The weights allow me to look straight ahead (instead of down at my shoes) and still keep my balance.
